Beloved Parkside psychic Robert E. Graham "the astral Ann Landers of Delaware County" passed away unexpectedly Saturday night, April 28th, 2012. Robert was the psychic for 1150AM WDEL's Saturday Hotspot radio show. Robert was a full time professional psychic since 1979. He began his working career in the 1960's as a welder. Robert began to realize his psychic abilities 50 years ago when he moved out of his mother's house and stopped watching television, “I stopped watching and started listening.”
For decades, countless area residents have sought Robert for advice on love, finances, careers, and their health. Over the years Robert also lectured at area colleges and local venues, appeared on local radio shows, and wrote the weekly columns “The Gatekeeper” and “Everyday Supernatural” for the Town Talk newspaper.
His career has been featured in various publications, including the Philadelphia Inquirer, Women First, and The Delaware County Daily Times. Robert was also featured in the book The Delco Files: 101 stories of the most amazing and unusual people, places, and events in Delaware County, PA. Up until his death Robert read weekly at the Italian Village, and hosted a weekly meditation and Tarot class in his home.
Robert
was a prolific writer on the Tarot, and enjoyed studying astrology,
Cabala, the I-Ching, astral projection, and palmistry. His interests were vast, he enjoyed reading and collecting books on history, writing, anything Science Fiction, listening to music, and watching old movies.
